Yin and Rejuvenating Yoga classes in an intimate home studio with a max of 8 in person. Welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere. Essential oils diffusing, relaxing music, and soft lighting to enhance your yoga experience. Option to join on Zoom at the same class time.

Monday 7-8pm

Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm

Wednesday 11am-12pm

$144 for 10 weeks in person (or $123 online)

Casual classes $17

Reiki Crystal Healing

Incorporating the power of essential oils, healing frequency music, Reiki, & crystals to balance & align your chakras, & clear energy that no longer benefits you.

Intuitive guidance may be received during your session.

Always guided for your Highest Good.

$120/hr session

or $300 for 3 sessions with 3 month expiry.

Community Chair Yoga

Slow, breath-focused movements, with the aid of a chair, which will strengthen the body, calm the mind, & leave you feeling relaxed.

Perfect for those with an injury or limited mobility, older adults, & those who have difficulty getting to the floor - for whatever reason.

This is a group that runs fortnightly on a Tuesday evening during the school term where like-minded individuals meet up to receive guidance, be guided through a meditation, and uplift each other as we continue on the path of self-discovery and growth.

Each session has a theme. Spaces are limited.

$150/10 week term (5 sessions)

I teach chair yoga at 3 Retirement Villages. I love making yoga accessible for older people and those who need to work around injuries or physical impairments.

If you would like a class at your workplace or for a Private group such as a Girl's weekend (see photo) I can offer yin yoga, rejuvenating yoga (intensity tailored to what you want), breath work, meditation or any combination of these. A lunchtime works great in the workplace.
