In Harmony Yoga & Wellness and Just Breathe are excited to be joining together to bring you an amazing afternoon of Yoga, calming Meditation, and an immersive 9D breathwork journey in the beautiful wellness space of O-Studio Hamilton.

This special afternoon is designed to help you cultivate deep self-trust and step into a genuine sense of abundance (in all areas of your life).

​

The afternoon will begin by slowing down and grounding. Kerry will guide you through a heart-opening, slow gentle yoga practice paired with a calming meditation. This is all about settling your system into stillness, clearing out the daily noise, and preparing your mind and body for the journey ahead.

From there, we will dive into a powerful 9D breathwork journey marking the very first time Just Breathe NZ has offered this immersive experience in Hamilton. Cassie and Kerry will hold the space so you can be sure it is a safe place to be fully present.

If you haven't experienced 9D breathwork yet, it is an immersive, multi-sensory therapy experience that combines conscious breathing with nine layers of engineered audio, including soundscapes and guided coaching to help release deep-seated stress and reset your nervous system. This is delivered through headphones to ensure the highest quality audio and help with blocking out external distractions.

To close this special afternoon, we will connect and reflect together over a hot drink and light snacks. Sharing is optional.
