It is a wonderful experience. I hadn't done yoga previously and Kerry is so patient and

understanding of the movements of older people. Kerry explains the movements and benefits

in such a knowledgeable way. It is a pleasure to attend her class

Great. Wouldn't be without my Yoga. Joined to retain my flexibility,

eg. looking out over shoulder to check road is clear to change lane.

I believe it helps in reducing high blood pressure. Gives you the skill

to remember to breathe properly during times of stress. I like the fact that

only "do what you can do" is highlighted during the session, ie. no pressure

Kerry's chair yoga has helped me a lot. I had a lot of stiffness in my joints before I started.

Used to find it hard getting up from the sitting position. Balance was also becoming a problem.

Finding after my session with Kerry I am a lot more supple

I look forward to the Yoga with Kerry, I don’t think I am particularly good at it but I don’t feel embarrassed when trying the various positions. Kerry has a way of adapting poses that

make them easier. The class is very relaxed and everyone moves at their own pace,

some participants are more flexible than others but no one is made to feel uncomfortable.

The relaxation at the end of the class is wonderful and most of us struggle to come out of the deep relaxation but the benefits of the Yoga and class structure have been so helpful in my overall wellbeing
